CILPK Members Celebrate Disability Pride Month at ScotRail Open Train Day

As part of Disability Pride Month, CILPK members took part in ScotRail’s Open Train Day.

The event gave members the chance to explore train travel in a relaxed and welcoming setting. They were able to ask questions, share their experiences, and talk about why accessible public transport matters.

Disability Pride Month takes place every July. It is a time to celebrate disabled people, their achievements and their right to be included.

For CILPK members, the Open Train Day was a positive opportunity to connect with others, learn more about accessible rail travel and help keep the conversation about inclusive transport going.

CILPK would like to thank ScotRail for hosting the day and for giving members the chance to take part and be heard.
