Participants were introduced the following tools:
- Discover Digital Guide – a guide to help people understand and navigate digital health, care and wellbeing tools and services.
- TryATool resource guide – a booklet that lists trusted apps and websites that support health and wellbeing.
- Aging Well app – an app designed for people over 45 living with long term conditions. It supports brain health and managing wellbeing.
- ORCHA app library – an online library that helps people to find trusted apps related to health and wellbeing.
- Spot the AI – Online quiz to test your knowledge on spotting Artificial Intelligence (AI) in different forms of content (videos, text, speech).
- Euan’s Guide – a website where you can search for information on accessible places. Including places to eat, visit and stay.
MyCare.scot – New online platform in Scotland, where you can access health and social care information and services. Help and support here.
