October 2025 Newsletter
Welcome to a new look Newsletter. As the leaves start to fall, we are gathering all the good stuff for our AGM on October 30th, entitled TeaCakes & Pie Charts and will make it as fun, informal and interesting as an AGM always is.
We are looking to take on more people in the role of a Trustee to help out our current ones so please get in touch if interested.
Most of our articles in this months newsletter focus on active participation within the wider community and we lead on one of our Members, Dianne’s Newsletter..

September 2025 Newsletter
September has been a busy busy month even though we have a shorter Newsletter and we have really welcomed a WIN of a Strawberry Tart Platter which we shared out at a Members Meeting. Prize draw was done by CareSound Radio and Platter was donated by Murrays the Bakers. So thanks go out to them.
We got some really nice photos at The Conversation Cafe which are now on our Photo Wall in our office. Held at Perth Civic Hall it celebrated Learning Disability Week 2025 with the Theme ‘I Am Here’.

August 2025 Newsletter
Now it’s August and we have experienced one of the nicest summers on record (if you like the heat) but some rain would be welcome – maybe I spoke too soon.
There is a lot on the horizon in September and October here at CILPK. More about that later.
You can see in the above photo of Liz who is a real star this month, who with the help of Amendra has produced a newsletter about all the things she does and loves.
If you have read this far and enjoy reading our Newsletters but have not yet become a member of Centre for Inclusive Living Perth and Kinross, then please click here, it’s free to join and we would love you to be a part of us in empowering individuals to live independently.

July 2025 Newsletter
It’s all definitely heating up in July, not just outside but also with exciting news about some upcoming projects that we have funding for.
The funding we have received for campaigning for better and more accessible toilets in and around Perth is enabling us to start an awareness campaign but first we need to gather data from users of all the existing toilets around Perth.
We have created a form that you can access and do an entry and a rating for each toilet you go to, so please bookmark this. (Lets make a splash!!)

June 2025 Newsletter
Just when you thought it couldnt get any hotter, June reminded us how beautiful it is to be in Scotland at this time of year, all green and lush, although that can also mean weeds and too much time cutting my front and back garden – lucky me!
The start of June was busy here at Centre for Inclusive Living Perth & Kinross (CILPK) with Hear Our Roars 1st birthday followed immediately by the Disability Champions meeting.

May 2025 Newsletter
It’s been very active here at CILPK and just back from supporting the Health Alliance at the Digital Wellbeing Event which was well attended, not to mention our trip to the UHI and the Come and Try Sports Event held by Perth & Kinross Disability Sport, hope to see you there for the next one.

April 2025 Newsletter
Rowan started officially as our Community Outreach Worker on the 1st April.
There is a fabulous festival coming up in May
Digital Wellbeing Event where we can help you make the most of your digital devices and more…
A conversation with Irene and Dianne (reflections on the impact of ISPA), I’m sure many will find it fascinating.
