Today we had Patrick from ScotRail who is the accessibility and inclusion manager at ScotRail.
Patrick was able to give us a presentation on accessibility and passenger assistance from a disability perspective and all what ScotRail is doing to ensure Rail Travel across Scotland is accessible and inclusive.
People who came to the meeting from Corbenic, Upper Springland and Gleneagles Day Centre found it to be informative and asked some questions to Patrick afterwards, who was able to answer really well giving us all insight and clarity to Scotrail’s accessible train services.
