Hear Our Roar – August 2024

In this meeting, time was spent in re-capping events from the 1st ever meeting of Hear Our Roar in June 2024.

Attendees of the first meeting had expressed ‘What matters to them.’

For instance:

• Telling people what I think and feel
• Being Included
• Having a job
• Having fun

The subject for the group session this time was: ‘What makes a good leader.’

The intention here was to build up to a time where members of the group could elect a Chairperson an Co-Chair.

After going over some group roles attendees signed consent forms.
