Centre for Inclusive Living Perth & Kinross have been involved in the Working Group that have helped to create these guidelines.
The Standards were created by the UK Easy Read Standards Working Group, which Disability Equality Scotland helped to start in 2024.
There are now over 50 people in this group, from over 30 organisations that work with Easy Read users.
We are working together to make Easy Read a good communication experience for anyone in the UK who needs or chooses it.
This project has created a strong Easy Read network across the UK, and new members are always welcome. Get in touch with us if you have any questions about the UK Easy Read Standards or are interested in joining the Working Group.
